The man is the third victim in Tira this year. Two people were shot to death in January while standing outside a car wash facility near Tira, Ashraf Fadili, 43, and Odah Abd al Hai, 27. According to witnesses, an anonymous person shot the two from a passing car and fled the scene.
In May, an 18-year-old woman was shot to death outside her home in Tira.
