A citizen of Moldova was caught at Chisinau International Airport attempting to enter the country with a suitcase filled with phones from Chicago, USA.

The young man is investigated for contraband, the items being worth 337 000 lei. The suspect attempted to hide from Customs Officers 66 used iPhone and Samsung smartphones. 

All items were confiscated and the man is investigated for smuggling.

If found guilty he risks to spend the next 10 years in jail.
