A 32 year old man from the Capital was extorted by the police, as they found an envelope with a vegetable, dry mass that looked like hemp and an apparatus for taking drugs.

The man was found on Lisabona street from Buiucani sector.

The man will be heard and the drugs seized by the Technical-Forensic Center IGP. 

If found guilty, the man risks to be punished according to the law.
