A citizen from Moldova was caught by officers at Albiţa custom control for driving a number of vehicles, without the necessary driving licence category.

The boarder control officer established that the man possesses driver licence of "A", "B" and "C" category, while the vehicles he drove required the "B" and "E" category. 

The Moldovan, who has Bulgarian dual citizenship, claims he had no knowledge that his drive licence was not covering the vehicles he used.

The boarder control police opened a case and are now investigating the man for driving on public streets vehicles, for which the law sets a certain driver licence category, without possessing the proper documentation to do so.
