Man from Capital arrested for breaking into a car and stealing a phone

A 31-year-old man from the Capital was arrested by police on suspicion of having broken into a car and stolen a Samsung phone.
According to law enforcement, the phone's owner is a 25-year-old man, who was the one to call the police.
The suspect was taken to the Inspectorate where he confessed. He was already previously implicated in similar cases, whose circumstances officers will soon find out.
If found guilty the suspect risks an up to 13 000 lei fine, 120 to 240 hours of unpaid community service, or up to 2 years of imprisonment.
