A man was detained by the Capital police, because of his strange behavior and for hiding drugs.

According to the people of the law, the suspect found an unknown plant substance. He was surrounded by two of his friends, aged of 19 and 20, on Calea Mosilor street from the Capital.

The man was escorted to the Inspectorate, to be heard. The substances were seized.

The suspect risks a fine between 11 000 and 13 000 lei or up to two years in prison.
