A helicopter of General Inspectorate of Aviation from Romania, with a SMURD team on board, flew from Iași, to Ștefan Vodă, where a patient required assistance.

A 69-year-old man was urgently transported by air to Emergency Medicine Institute from Chisinau, having landed on Dinamo stadium.

According to specialists, the man suffered from a closed head injury, cerebral concussion, being in a coma.

SMURD team monitored the patient throughout the flight, later handing him over to doctors from Republic of Moldova.
