The man from the images is searched by the policemen of Cioana sector within the Chisinau Police Direction, as he was drunk driving. According to the preliminary information, in the morning of September 5, 2017, an INP team stopped a VAZ car on the Voluntarilor street. The driver of the car had 0,66 mg/l  alcohol in blood.

At the request of the petrol agent, the man didn't present any acts, or the driving license. The man only said he is from Mihailovca village, Cimislia district. The car was detained at a special parking place and all the materials were transmitted to the Ciocana policemen. Thus, within the prosecution, the policemen found out the identity information given by the driver is wrong. After that, the policemen found the owner of the car who is a Bubuieci resident. He declared that he doesn't know who is the other man, as they have met in a cafe, where they got some drinks. The owner of the car said that the man who drove the car asked him for the car to go to a friend in the nearby.

Thus, the penal case was opened on drunk driving, that provides a fine of 17 thousand lei, unpaid community work from 200 to 240 hours and the deprivation of the right to drive for five years.
