Man who murdered his mistress sentenced to 15 years without parole

A resident of Ungheni district, who murdered his mistress, received his sentence.
According to prosecutors, in July, the court has banned the man from approaching her for 3 months, for physical abuse. Despite the restriction, in August, the suspect, while drunk, went to the woman's house and hit her multiple times with a metal chain. The victim passed away on site.
The 29-year-old suspect has fully confessed.
For voluntary manslaughter and ignoring the ban to approach the victim, the man was sentenced to 15 years without parole.
The court's decision can be appealed.
