"Wherever we go in the country, we face poverty and the need to reduce it. There are specific things from town to town, but we must do something with this issue in every town and village." The opinion was expressed by the PDM party leader, Marian Lupu in the discussion with Balti town local leaders.

"Advancing the European course will have very concrete benefits- upgraded roads, renovated schools, funds for agriculture, and more efficient institutions closer to the citizens" , added Democratic candidate for president.

The energy infrastructure development was discussed at the meeting of Marian Lupu with employees at Balti town Gas.

"Me and the Government supported the creation of an energy alternative for Moldova, alternative energy from the European Union. Therefore, the Iasi-Ungheni pipeline was performed and is therefore very important that it be extended to Chisinau, and later to the north.
