Marian Lupu: Economic problems and poverty reduction should be main issues to solve
"Wherever we go in the country, we face poverty and the need to reduce it. There are specific things from town to town, but we must do something with this issue in every town and village." The opinion was expressed by the PDM party leader, Marian Lupu in the discussion with Balti town local leaders.
The discussion took place in an open manner, addressing pragmatic issues facing by Balti rezidents and all country as a whole.
"You represent the city's elite, those who have professional experience, their own opinions and solutions on occurring processes in our country. I want to listen to their views, to hear what they think of the things that started to be made in our country and to solve problems that we outline together in this discussion" , was the message of the candidate Marian Lupu, addressed to people who came at the meeting.
According to Marian Lupu, as president, will support that in the coming years, a local development project will be done in every village in our country to be done, at least, and local businesses that provide sufficient revenue for people will be opened.

Marian Lupu also stated that he sees the best way to overcome the problems and modernize the country through approaching the European Union. "Advancing the European course will have very concrete benefits- upgraded roads, renovated schools, funds for agriculture, and more efficient institutions closer to the citizens" , added Democratic candidate for president.
The energy infrastructure development was discussed at the meeting of Marian Lupu with employees at Balti town Gas.
"Me and the Government supported the creation of an energy alternative for Moldova, alternative energy from the European Union. Therefore, the Iasi-Ungheni pipeline was performed and is therefore very important that it be extended to Chisinau, and later to the north. This will help everyone, will help the country's European integration and the existence of a good price for gas consumers" , said the Democratic leader.
