Due to the intervention of Pavel Filip and the involvement of the Democratic Party in ten villages from the Prut edge were connected to aqueduct and benefit of better roads. Only together, we can provide better conditions to our citizens. The declaration was made by Lucia Gusciuc, the mayor of Cotul Morii village, at the PDM National Meeting.

"I am impressed to see all these people here. I am proud that I take part of this great family. People think that Moldova has a change. Together, united we will make great things. 

City halls are citizens of the Republic of Moldova who are expecting changes in each community and only together, step by step, we can change the quality of people's lives. Following the natural disasters in the summer of 2010, Cotul Morii village was totally flooded and relocated to a newly built locality. I would also like to thank you, dear citizens of the Republic of Moldova, for your involvement and financial contribution to the construction of the model village.

Since 2011, since I was elected as a mayor, I have proposed to work for citizens who have trusted me to vote in order to create decent living conditions. Together we managed to do beautiful things. We built schools and kindergartens, health centers. We have enlightened the localities and, together, at the initiative of the Democratic Party, we have built good roads as well. I would like to thank the President of the PDM, Vlad Plahotniuc, for the given initiative.

The biggest problem that citizens of the Republic of Moldova face and including Cotul Morii village is the supply of drinking water. In 2013 for our village and in 10 other localities started the construction of the aqueduct. The amount was from the Ecological Fund - 73 million lei, after one year, this project was buried.

After several moves to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Pavel Filip, and to the PDM leadership, this project took over. I also want to thank Mr. Pavel Filip for his involvement in the construction of this aqueduct for the 10 localities in the Prut river edge. Mr. Pavel Filip, thank you from all the citizens of Hincesti district.

Dear citizens, I wish for the inhabitants of Cotul Morii and for all villages in the Republic of Moldova to have communities with which to boast and together to do beautiful things for Moldova.

We have results, we have support, we are strong, but we need to talk to the citizens and make them clear about the achievements of the PDM.
