The Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and the Organization for the Attraction of Investment and Export Promotion of Moldova (MIEPO) invites the local economic agents interested in the United Arab Emirates market to participate in the Moldova - UAE Business Forum, which will be held from 9-10 May 2018 in Dubai.

The event is organized in accordance with strategic priorities set by the Government for 2018: developing business environment, promoting local products and producers, diversification of export markets and foreign investment in the economy.

The United Arab Emirates are a potential market to be capitalized both for the export of domestic products and as a source of foreign investment.

In this sense, they were already concluded agreements for the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments in the field to avoid double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes income.

The Forum includes sessions presenting investment opportunities and exchanges, bilateral discussions, study visits to business associations, companies, free economic zones and industrial parks. Also, topics of major importance, such as the Free Trade Agreement, liberalization of the visa regime, opening of direct flights will be discussed.
