Mihai Balan congratulates Information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova with its 26 year anniversary.

"The Information and Security Service is here to protect the basic right of our citizens, society and state. We will continue to do our best in order to eliminate anything that might threaten the Republic of Moldova" chief of Intelligence Agency, Mihai Balan declared.

Afterward he, along with other members from Information and Security Service, have commemorated their deceased colleagues, by presenting flowers to their monuments, built in the institutions square.

The officers have taken a minute of silence for their fallen heroes, who died protecting the integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova.
