Within a Facebook post, Mihai Ghimpu involved a recent declaration of Andrei Nastase, according to which, the liberals desecrated the union, this is why they don't need to be in the future Parliament. The PL honor president didn't hesitate to remind Andrei Nastase and Maia Sandu about their great relationship with the socialists in 2015, when they were organizing rallies in the National Assembly Square.

Ghimpu thinks that neither PAS or PPDA believe their own words. Even though they have 26 seats, they blame the citizens that they won't be able to keep their promises.

Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase don't reply their phones to comment on Mihai Ghimpu's accusations. At the February 24 elections, 17 300 citizens voted for the liberals. Thus, the party of Dorin Chirtoaca gained only 1,24% of the votes, they didn't have the required threshold. It is the first time in the past nine years when the liberal party didn't pass in the Parliament.

After the elections, none of the parties gained enough votes to create a majority government. Immediately after the elections, DPM invited Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase to negotiations for a further coalition. The ACUM leaders didn't reply to the DPM members.
