Minister Chiril Gaburici: In every village five kilometers of road will be asphalted

The Minister of Economy promises at least five kilometers of asphalted road for each village in the next four years. About Infrastructure Projects Chiril Gaburi spoke at Publika TV's "In the Spotlight" program.
"In my view, in the next three or four years, in every village in our country there must be at least five kilometers of asphalted road. These are portions of the downtown leading to city halls, medical centers, schools", said Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
Chiril Gaburici also announced that specialists from the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure have already begun to analyze requests for "Good Roads 2". Local authorities still have time until the end of November to choose the portions to be rehabilitated under this program in 2019.
"Next year, within the program "Good roads for Moldova 2" we will work on the arteries where there will be aqueduct construction works, we will install pedestrian walkways and sidewalks", said Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
During the show, the Minister of Economy spoke about the prospects of installing the electric vehicle loading stations.
"This must happen in 2019. Now UNDP colleagues deal with the auctions for the auction. There will be more and more electric cars in the city after the loading stations of these vehicles will be installed", said Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
The project financing agreement was signed in August. It provides for the installation of 14 electric power stations on the main urban routes in the country. The total project value is four million lei, half of which is provided by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
