Minister Chiril Gaburici praises citizen-oriented works of Public Services Agency
Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici, paid a visit to the Public Services Agency (PSA). Chiril Gaburici discussed with the managers and employees about the results recorded last year, especially about the launch of the One-stop shop - an automated system that allows the businesses to request permissive documents online, as well as other achievements that create favorable conditions for people.
"One of the priorities of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure for 2018 was to create better conditions for entrepreneurs, primarily by simplifying the reporting and notification system for the businesses so that the economic agent does not waste time with a lot of documents. I appreciate the work of every employee of the Public Services Agency, and the results presented today have greatly satisfied me, because together we have managed to create good and efficient conditions for every citizen, "said Minister Chiril Gaburici.
Among the achievements of the Agency in 2018 are: extending the validity of the Moldovan citizen's passport and the travel document for stateless persons from 7 to 10 years for applicants aging over 16; exclusion of information about the blood group from all types of identity papers, etc. Excluding presenting the contraventional record help citizens save over 600 thousand lei.
For the year 2019, PSA plans to develop and improve the call center of the institution, to modernize the car fleet for examining future drivers. The Agency also proposes to create a new information system for civil status acts. In this respect, the minister wished them success in their new year of work, being as productive and with many effective projects.
