Vladimir Iastrebceak, the former responsible about the foreign politics in Tiraspol was forbidden to enter Chisinau-Frankfurt flight, because he was drunk. 

Vladimir Iastrebceak was taken by the border policemen. The eyewitness say that Iastrebceak required the first medical aid.

Vladimir Iastrebeak was the so called transnistrean region minister of foreign affairs between 2017 and 2018. He was also in the office of the special Tiraspol representative to Ukraine.
