Ministry of Justice extends contest of Disciplinary Board of Judges: Received only one file
The Ministry of Justice announces the extension of the competition for the selection of candidates for the post of alternate member of the Disciplinary College of Judges. The decision was made after the institution received only one dossier filed in the competition.
Thus, the new deadline for submission of files is January 9, 2019, 5:00 pm.
"I can apply to the citizens of the Republic of Moldova with bachelor studies and law experience of at least 7 cumulative years, of which at least 5 years in the practical field. People who have a reputation also can apply".
Candidates pursuing political activities, party members, deputies in the Parliament, councilors or civil servants are not accepted. Concurrently, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy or its colleges will not be admitted to the contest.
The file must contain: a CV, a copy of the ID card, higher education diploma or equivalent, the workbook, the referral letter, the criminal record, the medical certificate and the declaration of integrity. Candidates have to file their personal files at the Ministry of Justice (Chisinau, MD - 2012, 31 August 1989, 82, 1 st, 107)", shows the communiqué issued by the Ministry of Justice.
