Moldova and Hungary intensify cooperation in urgent situation management
Agreement between the Moldova and Hungary on cooperation and mutual assistance in exceptional situations was sign today at government meeting.
The document aims at increasing the security level of the population and the country to cope with natural and technological disasters, likewise, it regulates the conditions of mutual cooperation and assistance in the field of prevention and response to exceptional situations.
Under the Agreement, a number of actions will be carried out, such as: exchange of experience, best practices in the field of disaster prevention and management, organization of joint exercises in emergency response and effect removal.
Other provisions of cooperation between the parties shall concern the organization of conferences, study visits, scientific programs and professional courses.
The Republic of Moldova has signed such bilateral agreements with Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Ukraine.
