The discussion about closing the agreement between Moldova and Russia on social security field started at the ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection. The target of the agreement is to provide the pension rights for the citizens who work in the both countries.
The agreement will have a positive impact on the people's welfare and will provide better conditions for our citizens.
Nelea Rusu state secretary welcomed the importance of the bilateral dialogue with the Republic of Moldova in the pensions providing field.
We mention that the Republic of Moldova signed 13 bilateral agreements in security field with Romania, Bulgaria, Luxemburg, Austria, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Belgium, Lithuania, Germany and Turkey.
According to the data, 500.000 Moldovans work in Russia, among them 206.000 are officially employed.
