The Republic of Moldova asked the member parties of OSCE to support the resolution regarding the withdraw of the Russian army from the territory of our country, that will be presented at the ONU meeting.
Victor Osipov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to OSCE presented a declaration where he mentioned the issues caused by the Russian army on the territory of Moldova.
The representative of Moldova to OSCE mentioned that the final declaration of OSCE meeting from Istanbul (1999) urged the Russian army to leave the territory of the Republic of Moldova and highlighted that this process registered a progress at the beginning.
"The necessity to provide the security of Cobasna village will be assured when the Russian army will leave our territory", said Osipov.
Referring to the evolution of the security, Victor Osipov talked about raising the number of military training made by GOTR and the transnistrean paramilitary units, in the first six months of this year.
At the end, Victor Osipov highlighted the importance of reducing the tension level within this conflict.
