Moldova Business Week 2017 - Remarkable event of year
Moldovan and international businessmen are warmly welcomed to the major economic event "Moldova Business Week 2017" which is scheduled from 3 - 6 October.
This event is organized by the Ministry of Economy in partnership with the Moldovan Investment and Export Promotion Organization (MIEPO) with invitation of dignitaries from 39 countries as well as companies from 56 states.
"Investment and export" are two major components of this 2017 edition. Besides, other conferences will be carried out concerning related topics: major interest to Moldova's business environment, B2B sessions and direct connection platforms with foreign investors.
Within the "Moldova Business Week 2017", 30 business events are planned, structured on 12 discussion boards, which will be supported by 50 speakers and 1,000 participants.
The event will also host two economic forums - the Moldovan-Italian Business Forum and the Exporters' Forum, five B2B sessions, three visits to large producers in the agri-food sector, textiles, clothing, footwear and leather.
The Moldovan-Italian Business Forum will take place on October 4 and will be organized in partnership with the Embassy of Italy in Moldova and the bilateral chambers of commerce. The forum will discuss the presence of Italian companies in Moldova as well as the sectors with potential investment and trade.
The exporters' forum will be held on October 5 will address the Moldovan export theme in terms of competitiveness, assistance tools, access to new markets.
On October 4, the "Online platform - Moldova eco-products" project will be launched, which aims to promote organic products, the interaction between producers and consumers for the on-line delivery of traditional and eco-friendly products as well as digital content and related information . On the same day visits will be made to industrial parks and free economic zones, agri-food and light industry companies.
The most important economic event of the autumn will also address regional economic development opportunities in free economic zones and industrial parks as well as the internationalization of SMEs at a conference scheduled for October 6th.
