An official source from the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the Government of the Republic of Moldova has decided to exempt Qatari citizens from entry visas as of July 28, 2017, if they have a residence or a valid visa from any EU or Schengen area countries.
This would allow the Qatari citizens to stay for a total of 90 calendar days during a total period of 180 days.
If they exceed the 90-calendar day period, citizens will have to obtain a long-stay visa.
