US President Donald Trump as well as the whole American society praise Moldova for the Independence Day. The message was posted on the official website of the US Department of State, where Mike Pompeo also wishes to Moldovans.
It is also mentioned there that since 1991, the US has been a partner and supporter of our country's economic and democratic development.
That is why Washington welcomes the reforms initiated by the Chisinau authorities.
In the congratulatory message, we are also assured that the United States supports Moldova's territorial sovereignty and the 5 + 2 negotiations on settlement of the conflict in the Transnistrian region.
