Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine unite forces to face threatens to the security of the countries
Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine unite forces. The declaration was made within the inter-parliamentary meeting of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia, that takes place today in Tbilisi.
Eugen Carpov, the President of the national security commission talked about the security in the zone and the risks generated of the Russian troops here.
Mihaela Spatari deputy mentioned that the propaganda attacks the democratic values. The Republic of Moldova doesn't have a well-secured informational space. At the same time, she mentioned that the Parliament adopted some anti-propaganda measures in the national legislation.
"We should work together on a common platform. We should make opinion exchange and fight against misinformation", said Mihaela Spatari.
At the first inter-parliamentary meeting, MD-GE-UA deputies discussed abut the Russian influence in the zone, the threatens to the security and the consequences of the military aggression.
Also, they talked abut the misinformation and propaganda. They said that this is one of the biggest challenges of the zone.
The speakers said that they need to unite forces to face all these challenges.
The Republic of Moldova delegation was leaded about Andrian Candu, the President of Moldovan Parliament. Among Moldovan delegation who went at the meeting there were: Eugen Carpov, Mihaela Spatari, Grigore Cobzac. The delegation will be in Georgia untill October 7.
