For already 5 years now, Ion Graur took care of the clock located in the Triumphal arch. Last evening, he programmed the mechanism at around 21:00, as he lives outside the city.
Because of the time change, those who planned to travel had to arrive at the railway station earlier, to not miss their train.

Trolleybuses from the Capital begun running at 5 in the morning, according to their timetable.
