Moldova Railways wishes to repair 250 km of rails on Bender - Basarabeasca - Etulia - Giurgiulești route.

Here, the state enterprise will present today a project to companies interested in performing such works.

The company that will perform the works will be chosen this autumn, based on an auction.

The enterprise also plans to purchase another 15 locomotives.

For this, Moldova Railways will use money loaned from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank.
