Moldova will be represented at the largest martial arts festival to take place on the Japanese island of Okinawa. The event is held once in four years.
The Moldovan delegation has 11 people and is headed by Victor Panasiuc.
After seminars, some of the Moldovan sportspeople will try and get the black belt in front of renowned Morio Higaonna, considered the founding father of the sport.
The festival will take place from July 25 to 31, and is to be joined by trainers from 60 countries.
