Moldovan Government approved the complete list of types of waste, in the context of the transposition the European Union's normative acts of the Environment and waste management chapter into the national legislation. 

The document is a classifier in categories and sub-categories of waste, including hazardous waste, according to codes established in the EU, which will allow for the subsequent recycling of waste more efficiently.

The new regulatory framework will facilitate the entrepreneurs' activity, in particular the original producers and the waste holders.
