Moldova welcomed 3 million guests since 2017 begun

Travel agency announced that three million tourists have visited Moldova since the beginning of 2017. The number has increased by 6% comparing to a similar period from 2016.
Most visitors came from Romania (53,2%), Ukraine (28,1%), Russia (8,7%), Bulgaria (1,8%), Italy (1,1%), Germany (0,7%), Turkey, Israel and USA (have each 0,6%), Belarus, Poland and Portugal (0,4% each), United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and France (0,3% each), Canada and Greece (0,2% each).
From the total amount of tourists 80,6% decided to travel by car, 17,8% by air and 1,6% by train.
