Moldovan archers plan to participate the Tokyo Olympic Games after passing a month-training in Japan.
Dan Olaru, Alexandra Mîrca and Cezar Budeci every day trained with Japanese athletes and are now facing new challenges in Moldova.
"We gained a lot of experience because the country is leading this sport. We learned new tactics, new strategies", said Dan Olaru.
"It was unusual to us. We got to know new people with different cultures and ambitions. It was so pleasant", said Cezar Budeci.
He also started learning Japanese language and is able to count till ten in Japanese.
In order to be qualified for Olympic Games, Dan Olaru and Alexandra Mîrca must obtain good results in the World Championship and World Cup.
The stage 3 of 2019 Hyundai Archery World Cup takes place during May 18-25 in Antalya, Turkey.
The 2019 World Archery Championships will be held in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands from June 10 to June 16, 2019.
