The passengers won’t have to stay in queues any longer, as the bus stations ready to offer on-line ticket buying services.

The bus station ‘digitalization’ will start as from next year. First, the service will be available for international travels.

There will a 2-percent commission, however. The enterprise Gările şi Staţiile Auto plans to invest EUR60.000 into the project. It hopes it will curb from expenditures on maintaining tickets tellers, as the passenger flow is deemed to increase.

"We count on the youth, students. Perhaps on the people working abroad," said the enterprise executive, Ștefan Vieru.
