A citizen of Moldova working in Saint Petersburg, has called FSB and treated to blow up a shop, after he was not paid for his services.

The man wished to take revenge on the shop's owners for refusing to give him a paycheck.

Multiple police teams, ambulances and bomb disposal teams arrived on site, but could not manage to find any explosive.

The 43-year-old man was arrested and will stand trial for violating the immigration policy.
