A 44 year old Moldovan was caught after he tried to avoid the custom post Giurgiulesti-Reni and cross the border illegally. The man had an interdiction of entering on the Ukraine's territory.

The border police detained the man who tried to hide in the dark. He declared he has an interdiction of entering on Ukraine's territory, because his residence permit expired.

The case is investigated. The Moldovan risks a fine of 750 u.c, community service from 150 to 200 hours or two years in prison.
