Moldova has registered an economic growth of 4.1 percent last year, higher than that of the euro area countries, which had an increase of 2.8 percent, according to Infotag.
The evolution is due to the increase in the volume of agricultural production, which provided 50 percent of the country's Gross Domestic Product.
According to experts, this index is comparable to the results recorded by Romania, which was among the leaders in this chapter in the European Union. The figure will continue it's increase in 2017.
