Premier Pavel Filip is leading a delegation of ministers and businesspeople to Czechia.

The visit follows an invitation by Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka, who visited Moldova last summer.

The sides will broach the relations between the two countries in economy, agriculture, transportation, and the reconfirmation of Moldova’s commitment to the Association Deal with the EU.

The Moldovan authorities will invite Czech business people to invest in Moldova, at a  business forum.

The trade volume between Czechia and Moldova was $84 mn in 2016, as 53 companies with Czech equity work in Moldova.
