Moldovan Radu Albot qualifies in second round at ATP tournament in Sofia

Radu Albot has ousted one of the hosts’ favorites, Alexandar Lazarov, ATP position 599, at the ATP tournament in Sofia.
The Moldovan tennis player, on the 95th world position, will face a strong adversary, the Belgian David Goffin, the third favorite of the contest, the 11th in the world ranking.
The match will take place this evening.
The budget of the tournament is EUR530,000, the key favorite being the Austrian Dominic Thiem, 8th ATP position.
