Moldovan students invited to learn about Free Trade Agreement in Czech Republic
The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova announces the 2nd edition of study visits to an EU country, for Moldovan students interested in learning in detail about the EU – Moldova Association Agreement, with focus on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA).
The beneficiaries of a study visit to Czech Republic will be selected after a public competition, preceded by a series of thematic seminars.
Besides learning the opportunities provided by DCFTA implementation, this year’s edition is organized under the “aegis” of tourism potential promotion and development, taking into consideration that rural tourism is identified as one of the potential sources of economic development of the country.
Thematic seminars will take place during 17-21 October 2016, while the study visit to Czech Republic is planned for November 2016. Both, seminars and the study visit are free of charge, all related costs are covered by the EU Delegation to Moldova (including traveling and accommodation in Czech Republic).
The main objective of this initiative is to educate youth, the future generation of business people by bringing forward the experience of EU member states and how to take advantage of opportunities and benefits offered by EU approximation.
