A 34-year-old Moldovan attempted to cross the Customs on a car without a driver's license.

Because the suspect could not present a driver's license, officers have investigated the case and established that he never took a driving test.

The young man declared that he does not posses a driver's license, but studied and passed the theory test, now only requiring to pass the practical test.

The investigation is ongoing.
