A survey realized by Magenta Consulting says that over 30% of  young Moldovans are ready to work overtime to build a successful career.

35% of the people say that they are ready to work over the program with a low salary. 24% are less motivated to make this effort.

More frequently, the young from villages are ready to give up on their leisure time. Only 21% of the Capital residents are ready to work from home.

 The survey also shows that the young who want to go abroad are more dedicated. The rate of the young who are ready to make sacrifices is of 30%.

This could be explained by the thing that the immigrants should begin a new life and those who leave temporary are aware they won't have a job related to their major.

The survey was realized for people aged between 18 and 25 and the margin of error is almost 5%. The study was realized on a 409 people sample.
