The Moldovans buy more houses in villages. The data of the Agency for Public Services found out that the transactions for dwellings raised by 30% in comparison with the same period of 2018.
Totally, until March, 13 500 houses have been bought. 700 of the houses have been sold in Hancesti.
In Orhei, 658 houses have been sold, while in Ialoveni 572. The next in the top rank Cahul and Rascani.
Less houses have been sold in Briceni, Cantemir, Cimislia, Causeni and Chisinau.
According to a study made by IDIS Viitorul, the reasons why people buy houses is that the loans are easier to get.
Among the programs selling houses is First House launched by the Government.
