In the first four years after the Moldovans didn't take that many loans, in 2018, the number of taken loans raised. IDIS Viitorul organization says that a lot of people take loans now.

The calculations show that the previous year, the micro-funding companies offered the Moldovans loans worth 2,4 billion lei, while the banks only offered 2 billion lei.

It is the first time when the companies specialized in offering loans have more customers than the banks. 

In the past five years, 19% of the total 100 of loans beneficiaries were persons, the rest were companies, now, 40% are persons and the rest are companies.

Many people take a loan for the First House project. Thus, there were offered mortgage loans worth 1,5 billion lei, which is one billion lei more than the previous years.

The judicial persons also took more loans the previous years. The experts in economy hope that this year the number will be higher.
