The Moldovans who live abroad can receive a pension in Moldova. Today, the Government approved the modification of the regulation regarding the social allowances and pensions. 

Thus, the ones who want to benefit of a pension in Moldova should submit a request at the social assurance institution of their native locality. 

At the same time, yearly, they should present the birth certificate to the National House for Social Allowances. 

They will receive the pension yearly since the day of submitting the request.

The law entered into force starting January 1, 2019.
