Moldova's football team arrived in Dublin for their match against Ireland
The football team from Republic of Moldova has arrived last evening in Dublin, for their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Republic of Ireland.
Moldova has gathered all their best players, counting Artur Ioniţă, Alexandru Gaţcan and Alexandru Epureanu and has an optimist view regarding the game's outcome.
"Our best hope is to play as well as we did against Wales" captain Alexandru Epureanu declared.
"We must learn from our previous matches, in order to improve. Everyone is expecting good results and we will do our best to deliver" Alexandru Dedov said.
Moldova currently places last in the D category, with only 4 goals in 8 matches.

"I do not think it matters much if you are last, third, or second place, as long as you pass the qualification. But of course, it leaves a dark mark if we place last" Radu Gânsari stated.
