Money transfers from EU raise while the ones from CIS decrease

                          The money transfers from the EU raise, while the ones from CSI decrease. The data of BNM shows that this year,  which presented a report on money transfers in favor of individuals in March 2019.
Thus, this year, the transfers from the EU accounted for 46%, compared with 38% in March 2018. On the other hand, data from the National Bank show that 21.8% of the transfers came from the CIS, with 7,6% points less than a year ago.
The rest of the money comes from different countries, including Israel, the United States or Turkey.
In Russia, the share of transfers was 20.7%, 7 percentage points less compared to 2018.
In state distribution, transfers from Russia amounted to $ 21.05 million, down nearly $ 10 million. At the same time, Israel's 2019 transfers totaled US $ 19.60 million, US $ 1.41 million more than in the previous year. An increase of $ 1.31 million USD compared to March 2018 was recorded for transfers from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
In terms of currency terms, the NBM informs about the following data:
- money transfers in euro accounted for 54.1%, 8.4 percentage points more than last year;
- money transfers in dollars (USD): 41.0%, 4.6 percentage points less than in 2018;
- Money transfers in rubles (RUS): 4%, down 3.8 percentage points.
