More and more Moldovans access the First House Program. So far, 416 beneficiaries have received credits for housing purchase or have received their funding requests. According to ODIMM, another 34 requests are under review.
Of the total number of credits, 341 were provided under the "First Home" program. Another 32 beneficiaries have taken their homes through the "First House 2", intended for the public sector. At the same time, 43 credits were granted for "First House 3", launched for families that have children.
The total amount of credits offered through the five banks participating in the program amounts to over 183 million lei, and the amount of guarantees offered by the state is over 91 million lei.
The average cost of a purchased house is over 547 thousand lei. The most demanding apartments have an average surface area of 58 square meters.
