More and more young interested in Prima Casa project of Government
More and more young are interested in the program ''Prima Casa'' that was approved by the Government. The President of the Parliament, Adrian Candu also talked about this project within a meeting with the students from the Alecu Russo University from Balti.
The students support this idea and say the project is very good for the young specialists who don't have a house.
''In my opinion, it is one of the best projects for the young and its implementation should happen as soon as possible.''
''This is a very important project for the young who graduated and are looking for a work place in their native locality. They need a house. The young who decide to work in villages should receive a support from the state.''
''I like the idea with the first house and we wait for it to be implemented.''
''I found out about many projects and ideas that will be implemented by our parliamentary. I hope we will have many opportunities in the future time. At least, we will have a stimulus to study and not to leave the country.''
The President of the Parliament assured the young that the project will be implemented in a short time, thus, everybody can benefit from it the next year.
''The law will come into force on January 1. The margin is from 70 to 100 million from the 2018 budget. This means we can afford 2000 apartments. The state guarantees 50% from the cost of the apartment and the interest rate that will be paid everyday. Thus, the young will pay 10% of the apartment's cost'', said Adrian Candu.
Within the visit of Adrian Candu, he announced the Parliament will offer three scholarships in sum of 15 000, 10 000 and 5 000 lei for the best students.
Also, the president of the Parliament discussed about the funding of the IT sector, about the future investments and how to attract them and the development of the affairs.
