Over half billion lei was invested since the beginning of the year in agriculture. Due to this investment, over 600 jobs were created. Of the total sum, 64 million was offered by the Government.

Since the beginning of February, the Agency for Investments and Payments in Agriculture accepted 900 requests of the farmers who want the state's support. The number is 10% higher than in the same period of 2018. Almost a half of the requests was accepted.

The majority of the farmers, over 270 requested financial aid to buy techniques. With the 28 million lei, the farmers bought 800 technique units.

20 other million lei was offered as subventions for processing the agricultural products. In this sense, 79 folders was submitted.

Also, 8 million lei was used by the farmers to modernize the plantations. In this sense, 81 requests was accepted.

The National Fund for Development in Agriculture is worth 900 million lei. The requests for subventions can be submitted by October 31.
