More than 100,000 residents of Ungheni district will have access to quality public services provided according to the "unique counter" principle.
This is due to the opening of the Ungheni Multifunctional Center. The launching event was attended by the leadership of ASP, district president Ludmila Guzun, head of Ungheni Territorial Office of State Chancellery Petru Gherasimov and deputy mayor Eduard Balan.
According to Mr. Sergiu Railean, director of the Public Services Agency, he is currently working on legislative changes to eliminate a number of acts and to streamline the processes behind public services so that citizens can submit as few documents as possible.
"We, the ASP leadership, are still promising to make every effort to make our employees easier in their everyday lives and to feel the benefits of reform by the current government", added Sergiu Railean.
"If we were in the dilemma whether we chose well or not, we can now say with certainty that we have chosen the best location for public services. The Multifunctional Center is located close to the access ways and other public institutions", said Ungheni district chairman Ludmila Guzun.
Present at the event, Ungheni Deputy Mayor Eduard Balan appreciated the advantages of the multifunctional centers: "By opening multifunctional centers, it is possible for the inhabitants of this district to benefit from more qualitative services and services closer to them.".
The Ungheni Multifunctional Center is located in the city center, on the 21st National Street. The edifice was repaired for four months, during which time the roof was changed. On the second floor of the building will be arranged a hall for the festive registration of marriages and newborns.
In the office, citizens will find 22 operators providing public services in the field of population registration and records, registration and licensing of law units, registration and valuation of real estate. In addition, enthusiasts may request a change of driving license at the Multifunctional Center.
In order to streamline the process of providing services, applicants are served on the basis of the electronic line. At the same time, for the convenience of citizens, pre-programming is available in all multi-functional centers of the ASP via the Agency's official website, by telephone or directly in the center.
We remind that the Public Services Agency will open multifunctional centers in all the regions of the country. Until now, 27 centers have been opened in Moldova.
