More than 4,800 Moldovan Post employees will receive salaries up to 100% from 1 December 2019
More than 4,800 postmen and other employees of the Post Office of Moldova, especially those from rural areas, will benefit from salary increases from 35 to 100%. Postmen will be able to receive increased wages as of December 1, 2018.
"For employees of the Moldovan Post Office, mostly from rural areas, who have low wages, we decided today to increase their salaries considerably - from 35 to 100 percent. We are talking about 4,800 postal workers who will receive salaries increased starting with the month December this year", announced the President of the Democratic Party, Vlad Plahotniuc.
On the other hand, postal workers will have to take home the pension to all those who request it.
"On the basis of the addresses we received from the citizens, I asked the Government that, starting next month, postal workers should take their pensions home to those who request it , which seems to me to be natural because many are difficult to reach at the post offices, "said the leader of the Democrats, Vlad Plahotniuc.
"All these benefits, compensations, salary increases, pensions have become possible because our government, the ruling Democratic Party has managed to accumulate important budget revenues due to the order and the reforms that we are making, ensuring the stable growth of the country's economy, throughout the region if there is a background of political and economic instability", said DPM leader, Vlad Plahotniuc.
